The energy resources consumption has doubled since the beginning of the century and the demand growth with the fast development in industrial and telecommunication sectors. To respond to the rising demand on energy resources, new efficient infrastructures for production, storage, transport and use of energy are necessary. The Second Edition of the International Conference on Innovative Applied Energy (IAPE’20) aims to investigate innovation applications and last researches in the areas of energy production, alternative and renewable energy supply, energy savings analysis, optimization of energy processes and the environmental impacts of energy production. It is our pleasure to welcome you to the second edition of the International Conference on Innovative Applied Energy (IAPE’20), which will take place in Cambridge, United Kingdom from 15-16 September, 2020. The IAPE international conference provides a forum for both researchers and industrial to present and share their latest findings in all aspects of applied energy. This provides a unique opportunity to investigate the intersections and the inter-play of the various approaches and solutions developed across this domain.
