Microbiology Research Receives an Updated Impact Factor of 2.1 and CiteScore of 1.9
We are pleased to share that Microbiology Research (ISSN: 2036-7481) was awarded an increased Impact Factor of 2.1 in the 2023 Journal Citation Reports™ released by Clarivate in June 2024. Microbiology Research ranks Q3 (117 among 161 titles) in the “Microbiology” category.
Additionally, according to data released by Scopus (Elsevier), Microbiology Research received an updated CiteScore™ of 1.9, an increase of 46% compared with the 2022 metric.
Microbiology Research’s CiteScore ranks are as follows:
- Q3 (104 out of 140 journals) in the “Microbiology (medical)” category;
- Q4 (153 out of 182 journals) in the “Microbiology” category.
