Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the forthcoming Special Issue on “Role of Primary Health Care in Improving Population Health” in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. Over the past few decades, there has been a growing interest in the contextual effect on individual health. This issue offers an opportunity to publish epidemiological studies related to the physical and social environments of neighborhoods in agricultural and rural areas. We welcome manuscripts presenting long-term and short-term cohort studies, as well as those discussing a wide range of health outcomes. We are also interested in innovative measures and methods of analysis. This Special Issue welcomes original empirical studies, systematic reviews and meta-analyses.

Prof. Dr. Tsuyoshi Hamano
Guest Editor
