Young Investigator Award

The 2018 Genes Young Investigator Award is granted to Dr. Renato Polimanti, Tenure-Track Assistant Professor at Yale University School of Medicine, USA, whose research focuses on psychiatric genetics. Using a multidisciplinary approach that includes statistical and computational analysis, Dr. Polmanti has advanced our understanding in the genetic mechanisms of behavioural traits. As the awardee, Dr. Polimanti will receive an honorarium of 2000 Swiss Francs.
