Dentistry Journal | Recruiting Editorial Board Members for New Section “Dental Implantology”


We are pleased to announce that a new Section, “Dental Implantology” (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/dentistry/sections/Dental_Implantology), has been established in the Dentistry Journal (ISSN 2304-6767). 

We are recruiting Editorial Board Members for this Section to add to the expertise in this area. If you are interested in serving on the Editorial Board or have potential candidates to recommend, please contact us. 

Dentistry Journal is an international, open access journal for the dental community that is published by MDPI. It supports scientific innovations as well as clinical and experimental research within the whole field of dentistry and its related fields. Dentistry Journal is indexed within Scopus, ESCI (Web of Science), PubMed, PMC, and many other databases. The 2020 CiteScore is 2.2. 

As an Editorial Board Member, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Pre-screening and making decisions on new submissions related to your research interests;
  • Setting up at least one Special Issue during your term on a topic related to your research interests (or supervising Special Issues related to your research field);
  • Providing input or feedback regarding journal policies;
  • Publishing one research article or review, free of charge, per year;
  • Helping to promote the journal among your peers or at conferences;
  • Attending board meetings to suggest journal development strategies;
  • Reviewing manuscripts.
