Clean Technologies Webinar | Clean Technologies for Sustainable Future, 25 September 2025
Welcoming message from the webinar’s Chair:
Clean technologies for a sustainable future. Is it a dream or will such technologies eventually be a part of our everyday lives? It is my pleasure to introduce two outstanding speakers who contributed substantially to the development of clean technologies.
The first speaker of the day is Prof. L. Torrente Murciano from the University of Cambridge. His presentation will cover green ammonia. The second speaker is Prof. Gregory Patience, who is a Canada Research Chair and Professor of chemical engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. The title of his talk is “Net Zero Dreaming: Fossil fuels or darkness and hunger?”.
