Section Information
The Clinical Neurology and Psychiatry section of Clinics and Practice provides an open access forum for clinical research and practice-oriented scholarship spanning the full spectrum of neurological and psychiatric conditions. With a strong translational and patient-centred focus, this section covers diagnosis, pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment strategies, mental health service delivery, and clinical outcomes. A particular emphasis is placed on neuropsychiatric disorders, affective and psychotic conditions, treatment-resistant syndromes, neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases with behavioural manifestations, and the biological underpinnings of psychiatric illness. This section welcomes clinical trials, observational studies, systematic reviews, case reports, and perspectives that bridge evidence-based medicine with everyday practice.

- Anxiety, OCD, and trauma- and stressor-related disorders;

- Neuromodulation and brain stimulation therapies (TMS, ECT, tDCS);
