Biomimetics Receives an Increased Impact Factor of 4.5 and an Improved Category Ranking


We are pleased to inform you that Biomimetics’ 2022 Impact Factor is 4.5. Biomimetics (ISSN: 2313-7673) now ranks in Q1 in the "Engineering, Multidisciplinary" category. Our journal continues to build momentum in bionics.

Biomimetics ranks as follows:

  • Q1 (22 out of 90 journals) in the "Engineering, Multidisciplinary" category;
  • Q2 (22 out of 45 journals) in the "Materials Science, Biomaterials" category.
