Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

My congratulations to the authors for their interesting report.

I do NOT recommend the publication of this article in its present form due to the following aspects:

1 - Minor English revision.

2 - The surgical intervention was very poorly presented. Much more details related to the surgical technique are necessary.

3 - The early post-operative follow-up mus be included, emphasising surgical complications, treatment of adverse events, details of physiotherapy, time until the hospital discharge, etc.

4 - The late follow-up must include the time until the complete recovery, physiotherapy and other complementary treatments.

5 - Original contributions of the authors based on their experience must be included.

6 - Discussion does not mention this case and the learnings based of this report.

7 - Conclusion is only a short summary of this disease and does not conclude with learnings based on this case.

Reviewer 2 Report

A case report of a rare injury. I have a few comments: materials and methods: please describe the surgical technique in more detail. Please describe the rehabilitation protocol, how long did the patient walk on crutches, how long did he not strain the limb when he returned to work? In the discussion, please describe the best techniques for identifying this type of injury in your opinion.
