On behalf of the EORTC Cutaneous Lymphoma Tumour Group (EORTC-CLTG), we are pleased to present the Abstracts of the EORTC-CLTG Annual Meeting 2026, the European Meeting on Skin Lymphoma and Inflammatory Mimickers, to be held in Berlin, Germany, from 8–10 October 2026. A total of 196 abstracts were selected for presentation. Of these, 60 abstracts will be presented as full oral communications across the 10 main scientific sessions, while a further 40 abstracts have been selected for oral poster spotlight presentations. The remaining abstracts will be presented as traditional posters. The abstracts reflect the breadth and continued progress of research in cutaneous lymphomas and related inflammatory disorders, encompassing advances in diagnosis, staging, prognosis, pathogenesis, tumour microenvironment, biomarkers, treatment, and novel therapeutic targets, as well as emerging technologies and approaches, including artificial intelligence-assisted tools. Contributions also address skin-directed therapies, biological treatments, infections, epidemiology, and quality of life. We congratulate all authors and presenters on their scientific contributions, and we thank them for advancing research and clinical practice in the field of cutaneous lymphoma. Full article
