Firstly, I would like to congratulate the authors for a well-written manuscript. The authors have highlighted a worrisome issue during the COVID-19 pandemic, i.e. a low threshold for starting antibiotics for cases with suspected UTI.
The manuscript has merit and will be of interest to our readers. However, I have certain comments:
-Kindly go through the following article to imrpove the search strategy. As per the International guidelines, it will be great to explore another search engine. https://systematicreviewsjournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13643-017-0644-y
-Also, please add a paragraph about limitations at the end of the discussion section.

The manuscript is interesting, focusing on the incidence rate of urinary infections in COVID-19 patients. The topic is current, if we also consider the problem of antibiotic resistance that afflicts common clinical practice. As highlighted by the authors, due to the excessive use of antibiotics, the risk of resistance is greater in patients with Covid. The review, in addition to being well presented and written in fluid English, evaluates papers of not only Eastern but also Western origin. Its publication is strongly recommended.Author Response
