There was an error in the original publication [1]. The author noticed an unexpected problem in the published article, which was not present in the final proofreading file: Equation (12) in the former should indeed have been the same as in the latter. Equation (12) in the published article is erroneously the same as Equation (11).
A correction has been made to Equation (12):
