- The sites which have solid tourism and leisure dynamics (the case of the Roman city of Complutum in Alcalá de Henares);
- The sites located in the city of Madrid, integrated in everyday transit environments, such as the metro stations. Their museumalisation could have didactic objectives (the case of the Buen Suceso church and the Caños del Peral);
- The sites that have potential to generate interest if they are correctly renovated and promoted (the case of the bunkers, due to their high attractiveness for historical proximity tourism and their easy interpretation, thanks to their physical characteristics and state of conservation);
- Those that are not very attractive to visitors due to their location in embedded peripheries, their difficult accessibility and poor state of conservation.
