Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This article provides nice complementary numerical studies for the penalized spline of propensity for treatment comparisons (PENCOMP) compared with standard IPTW and AIPTW methods in misspecified models. My only concern is the following minor points.

  1. line 81; (0,1) would be {0,1}
  2. line 164; wshould be Win the definition of ΔAIPTW.

Round 2

Reviewer 2 Report

I am satisfied with how the authors have addressed my concerns.  The revised manuscript is suitable for publication in Stats.
