The context focused by the manuscript is interesting; however, in the current state, the manuscript is not suitable for publication. From a more general point of view, the manuscript should be rejected; however, if the authors do have intentions to work on in, here are few suggestions that they could consider to follow in order to improve the quality of the manuscript:
- The Abstract should highlight the results quantitatively,
- The Introduction should discuss why such study is needed and what the offered contributions are. I suggest the authors to formulate at least a couple of research questions and to highlight the contribution in a clear way,
- A Related Literature section is needed that should at least provide an overview of related studies. Also, the approach presented in [https://doi.org/10.1016/j.compeleceng.2021.107572] could be useful in the context presented by the authors, therefore they could consider citing it.
- The manuscript needs a better structure. For example, sections are wrongly numbered and they do not frame the content correctly.
- Algorithms should be referenced in order. The presentation should be improved.
