Reviewer 2 Report

The paper is a well organized review of histoplasmosis in people with HIV infection in Latin America.

I only suggest to modify the title of the review, underlying that the reported series concerns only people with Histoplasma and HIV infections.

In line 37  the "." must be changed in ":"
