In tis review article, authors summarize the characteristics and composition of exosomes. Further, they discuss therapeutic application of exosomes alonwith considerations about exosome application in immunotherapy. Exosome isolation and loading methods are summarized as well. Overall, it is a comprehensive review article with appropriate figures and tables. However, the review can be improved by addressing following point:

Clinical trials summarized in Table 2 should be elaborated in the article.

The manuscript by Netti, Lucarelli et al describes the potential role of Ptx3 in the pathogenesis of renal carcinoma and as tumor marker.

I would like to congratulate with the authors because the study design is linear and the data well-presented. Moreover, conclusions are well supported by the results.
