The journal retracts the article titled “Energy-Efficient Distributed Welding Shop Scheduling Based on Multi-Objective Seagull Algorithm” [1], cited above.
Following publication, the authors contacted the Editorial Office to raise concerns regarding scientific flaws in this publication [1].
In accordance with journal procedures, the Editorial Office and Editorial Board conducted an investigation that confirmed fundamental errors in the calculation of the data which affected the interpretation of the results and core conclusions. As a result, the Editorial Board has lost confidence in the reliability of the findings and conclusions of this article [1], and has decided to retract this publication, as per MDPI’s retraction policy.
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Processes.
The authors have been informed of this retraction and have indicated their agreement with this decision.
