Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

1.In introduction, “Once the equipment fails, the consequences are unimaginable and could easily result in serious incidents such as fire and explosion”, “clarify the safety status of equipment”need to be improved, they look like Chinese English.

2. reference [6-11], for one local,  less or equal to three literatures is appropriate.

3. expert weights dependent on Professional position, education level and service time, this is complex problem, this methods is not appropriate. I suggest that weighted averages of several experts assessment be better, similar to gymnastics judge.

It is innovative and interesting. Also, it offers researchers a new idea for future. In my opinion, it deserves to be published.

Reviewer 3 Report

First of all, I want to congratulate authors for this manuscript because it is well written and structured and it is easy to follow it. The manuscript is a really good contribution.

However, I have some topics to improve the impact of the future paper.

1-mathematical equations are not regular

2-The authors should also discuss the motivation of the paper. Why do we need the new aggregation operator? What are the drawbacks of previous ones?

3-Please also discuss the merits and limitations of your study.

4-Please focus on the main contribution of your paper when preparing the introduction section.

5-In order to give the reader more information on Intuitionistic fuzzy set theory and the following references must be added for a powerful publication:

The new results was obtained in the paper by the unexpected combination between two unrelated approaches in expert systems. At first, the Bayesian networks are the most popular, but for the probability measures. Also, the intuitionistic fuzzy sets are very appropriate for the expert opinions aggregation. The obtained synergetic combination of these approaches are very usable for the expert systems over the fuzzy numerical parameters.
