Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsDear Authors,
Unfortunately, your manuscript is unreadable, since you didn't define the basic items. There are several suggestions how to do it and they are attached in the file below.

Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThe variational principle ``based on information quantities to unveil the physical laws" (5) includes an arbitrary parameter $\alpha$. How to relate this parameter with the physical laws? Do you mean $\alpha>0$? Why the stationary point of the functional corresponds to a minimum? More specific motivation and justification is needed to make the formal computations interesting for readers.

Round 2

Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsDear Authors,
your complex number employing in the variational principle will be clearer if your extremely long sentences will be shorterd, and if particulary divided into two or tree sentences. Maybe it is a consequence of your James Joyce writting style sympathy?
Down below, in the file attached, I suggest you how to do it in the sentences I dared to correct. I was affraid to loose the sense of your words.

The Language is understandable, since it is of mathematics shape. But, the sentences are in the James Joyce style. Very extremely long, with inappropriate punctuations somewhere.
I suggest the authors to consult a good English lecturer friend.
