This article is well-timed, as educational change and innovation are at the forefront of many school improvement conversations. References used are recent. The link between teacher and principal leadership is compelling, and although it remains a hierarchical structure, it begins to blur the lines between reporting structures giving way for cross conversations on leadership between levels of reporting.

The paper Principal-Teacher Leadership Interactions and Their Impact on School Improvement in Omani Schools: A Qualitative Exploration, is well structured, it gives a thorough literature review on the subject and places  its own research according to what is already known in the literature and gaps that exist in the literature. The paper presents interesting and valuable results on the subject and also contributes to both theoretical and practical understanding of it, giving also practical implications of the study in the Conclusion part of the article.

I noticed in the part School Leadership in the Sultanate of Oman that two paragraphs are the same: "Principals receive systematic support..." and the paragraph after this one, starting "Moreover, principals receive systematic support...". You should erase one of the paragraphs.

I would recommend that you write few sentences to describe what a multiple case study design refers to, just to be more clear to the readers.

I would recommend using more participants quotes  when presenting the results.

I would suggest that in the discussion part of the article you comment on the results connecting them more with the Omani school situation and the possible previous similar research on the subject. I would also suggest to make results and discussion as a one subtitle and that you discuss on the results just after writing them so it is easier for the readers to put the results in  a broader perspective.
