The authors wish to make the following corrections to their paper [1]:
In the original publication, there was a mistake in Figure 9h as published. The year “1993” in the formula was wrongly marked as “1995”. The corrected Figure 9h appears below. The number 1995 should be replaced by 1993 in Figure 9h.
