The submitted paper is dealing with the coplanar asymmetry transformer distributed model for PA design on GaN technology process including the related transformer-based matching circuit with the design methodology. The paper has been structured well. I would ask the authors to include state-of-the-art papers in the references. It would be well to state the SPICE model parameters of the transistors to be used in the PA design in the paper. Can you please give more information on the principle operation performance parameters of the designed PA for varing input power levels to state 1dB compression point for instance and PAE value?

In this paper, authors propose a coplanar asymmetry transformer distributed model for the power amplifier implemented using GaN process. The paper is well organized. I have the following comments for improving the paper.
(1) Please insert the legend in Figs. 6 and 7.
(2) It would be better if the efficiency were added in Fig. 14.
(3) In Fig. 4, the coupling coefficient at the trace space of 10 um shows the difference compared to the other value. Please rigorously analyze the discrepancy and explain the reason.

Thank you very much for the material sent. It's an interesting job. Nevertheless, I have some suggestions:
1. I am asking for an in-depth review of the literature. Many researchers are interested not only in construction, materials science, but also in design methods.
2. How does your work compare with the increasing use of SIC?
3. Can I use your method to design other transformers?
Best regards
