Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In general, an interesting article with a useful proposal for improving the design and a detailed analysis of its kinematics, the development of a control algorithm, and testing on special software, is clearly presented and well illustrated. There are minor editorial comments (see below). In addition, the authors are recommended to familiarize themselves with a series of publications on vibration isolation carried out on test equipment developed in the laboratory of Professor Landau, see.

Editing remarks

1. "Line-Of-Sight (LOS)" - It is advisable to introduce an abbreviation in the paper's main text rather than in Abstracts

2. Introduction. " isolator is a kind of common scheme" - " isolator is a commonly used scheme" can be suggested

3. "Section 2 presented", etc. - I suggest using the Present tense in this context

4. Section 2. " proposed mounting was first introduced here" - is not completely clear. Maybe " proposed mounting is introduced below" meant?

5. " were respectively shown in Figure 1. " - here and throughout the paper. The Present Tense is suggested.

6. "the division of labor" - please consider "the division of action", e.g.

7. "in proposed mounting." - "in the proposed mounting."

8. "( 2-1 )" - please check according to the journal template. Usually, equation numbers are given as "( 2.1)"

9. "linearly uncorrelated with each other" - "linearly independent of each other" is suggested; the term "correlated" is commonly used in the other sence

10. "would be verified through simulation." - "are verified through simulation.", or "were verified through simulation." is suggested

Author Response

We gratefully appreciate for your valuable comments. We have double-checked and revised the manuscript to make the expression clear and the format appropriate. We have also read the publications on vibration isolation from the laboratory of Professor Landau and benefit greatly, which are helpful to our research on active vibration isolation, especially the adaptive feedforward method. We have cited some of their papers in our paper and will pay continuous attention to their work. Thank you very much.

Reviewer 2 Report

Congratulations for the presented work. Your research presents a novel medium access mechanism that combines with beamforming capabilities. The resulting protocol seems to provide an enhancement of previous mechanisms, such as round robin. From my point of view, the presentation of the work is robust and the results support the conclusions. Nevertheless, you should review the text, because some acronyms are used and they are not properly presented. This is a minor comment, because the scientific contribution is clear and relevant. Congratulations!

Author Response

Thank you for your comments and recognition. We reviewed the manuscript and revised the improperly presented text so that the acronyms are expressed clearly. Once again, we thank you very much.

Reviewer 3 Report

This submission proposes a procedure to design the spacecraft pointing (and stabilizing) mounting, which integrates coarse and fine actuators, by using a parallel structure concept. The contents of the paper is interesting, and the numerical simulations shows an useful mission application of the proposed procedure. I suggest, before publication, to improve the quality of the paper by considering the comments in the (attached) annotated version of the manuscript.
