Dear Authors,
please find the following notes:
1- Abstract: Need to revised and clarified in good manner, address the goal of your paper, address some novelty and current motivation that you feel it will highlight the new trends that you bring to us in your paper.
2- Introduction:
A- Figure 1, caption is too long, and i doesn't feel this figure is designed in good manner, i can not find where the Application of Big Data in the medical field, we can not choose Korean National Health Claimed Data for medical research (as an example of our analysis).
B- section 3, Current application .., better to address some well known application of big data like WHO, and then summarize them as table to compare among them based on complexity, size, application type, etc.
C- Most of your paper focused on Korea, the National Health Insurance, and i have not find the goal of choosing this center, what kinds of application they have used and how you concluded there they have big data?
D- Section 6, Big data research design need to revised its written in Question and Answer manner.
E- i have find the following (Allow me to provide an example: Recently etc..), do you think its a statement to be written in research paper, where are your modification as i can find only in this section questions and answer and self conversation ? i'm not agree about the structure of this section.. need to changed.
3- After figure 4, i have found (In the course of this study,etc), what do you mean by this, i'm not sure that you are address the Big Data application in medical in good manner, you need very deep revision to address challenges, real time application, choosing some novel and recent techniques.
4- Figure 4, A, need to explain how do you build this analysis model, and how you have choose the disease code ? i can not find any statistics that reflect there big data.
5- Table 3, comparison results are not clear and need to explain the reasoning of them, also address some new metrics when you compared these aspects, as we are expect to choose commons metrics.
6- The section of EBM, is totally not clear, and you have not clarified the Evidence-based medicine (EBM) in your paper, also i have not find the reasoning why you have choose it ? explain
7- Conclusion need to reconstruct again, and should address the problem and why you have did in this paper and be aware to choose self conversations words as its used much in this paper, also highlight the conclusion the information that you have reached it in this paper.
8- Your references are poor, no recent studies were included, some are included in wrong style, reference 10 in other language, mostly are old also.
The language of this paper need to improve in deep manner.

1. Please comply with the review article guidelines to be published in MDPI. The structure can include an Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Relevant Sections, Discussion, Conclusions, and Future Directions, with a suggested minimum word count of 4000 words.
2. Systematic reviews should strictly follow the PRISMA checklist (http://prisma-statement.org/PRISMAStatement/Checklist) and include a completed PRISMA flow diagram as part of the main text or Supplementary Materials. Templates for the flow diagram can be downloaded from the PRISMA website. Thus, the literature selection process, the literature selection process must adjust to PRISMA.
3. In the Result and Discussion section, it is better to explain the implications of the research (theoretical and practical) and recommendations. So that in substance, this section contains many interesting discussions.
4. I did not find sufficient studies on Big Data, so further references and discussion are needed.

This study investigates the benefits and drawbacks of domestic healthcare big data that Korean researchers may easily access, as well as the methodological significance of properly utilizing such data.
The author need to put citations for the references shown in Figure 4.A More details can be given about Big Data Applications in the Healthcare Environment with proper references.
In order to increase the readability of article, the author need to provide more detailed description about the following details with proper citations.
What is big data?
What is special about medical big data?
What is medical big data for?
How can medical big data be analyzed?
Detailed description about curse of dimensionality?
Detailed description about Bias control?
What are the challenges for medical big data?
Detailed use of Big Data Analytics in disease prediction and detection.
The number of references are very less.
