Dear authors,
Please consider the suggested comments to improve the quality of the current version of the manuscript:
- The abstract needs to be incorporated with the gist of the complete work in the manuscript. In the current version of the abstract, only the summary of the work is mentioned in a very broad view. Instead, please include the specific details of the research study presented in the manuscript.
- The abstract of a scientific paper should precisely mention the specific scientific question that is answered, and conclusions made based on the results. Please explain and provide the specifications of the scientific questions answered in the proposed study.
- In the abstract, please include the details of the limitations of the previous research studies/technologies made in the proposed domain of study. Also, specify the scientific advancements made in the current/proposed study to overcome those limitations.
- In the current version of the abstract, the scientific conclusions made based on the experimental results attained were not clearly mentioned. Please include the details of conclusions driven from the experimental results.
- In the introduction, please include additional details of the peer studies performed on the ‘High-frequency Pulse Density Modulated (PDM) soft switching series load resonant inverters’, to guide the reader to understand the importance of the study performed. Also, include corresponding references in the text when mentioning the details.
- In the introduction, please include the knowledge gaps existing between the current proposed study and prior studies performed in this field. Very importantly, please specify the need for the current work presented in the manuscript.
- In the last paragraph of the introduction, kindly include the details of the broader impacts on the study made using the results achieved. It is very important to provide the future scope of the study performed to make a strong impact on the readers of the research performed/Study proposed.
- In sections-2 & 4, figures-1b,8c & 8d: kindly adjust the figure in such a way that the total figure is visible. In the current version of the manuscript, only the partial figure is visible and difficult to evaluate.
- In figure-6 kindly incorporate the scale or reference point to understand the actual size of the fixed roller and heating coil.
- In the experimental results and performance evaluations (section-4), the current version of the manuscript is only explaining and detailing the results (especially for plots in figures 9,10 & 11) instead of providing scientific reasoning. Please use the ongoing studies published by peers with appropriate references to support your arguments and statements.
- Kindly rearrange the manuscript with appropriate spacing especially at the figure legends.
- Please revise the manuscript with English grammar. There are a few places that the manuscript needs to be improved with respect to English writing.

The article 'Simple Lossless Inductive Snubbers-Assisted Series Load Resonant Inverter Operating under ZCS-PDM Scheme for High Frequency Induction Heating Fixed Roller' presents the application of a series load resonant inverter for induction heating. A fixed roller, which is used in copy and printing machines is heated. The authors' achievement is the use of high frequency pulse density modulation, which achieves complete zero current soft switching commutation over a wide output range of input power regulation. The authors performed power loss, power conversion efficiency and temperature rise characteristics analysis of the proposed inverter both by measurement and simulation. They compared the achieved parameters with those of a conventional halogen lamp heater. The presented manuscript has all the mandatory elements of the scientific publication, the outlined material is structured. The subject of the manuscript is relevant. The title of the manuscript corresponds to the content and is informative. However, I have the following comments: 1. formulas (6) and (8) are incorrect. The L2 factor is missing in the numerator in the second component of the sum, 2. I propose to mark the directions of the currents in the branches of the diagram in Fig. 5 3. please check the correct arrangement of the drawings and captions under them. In my case, after printing, the drawings and captions lost their consistency with each other.Author Response
