A concise description of a bending and bimoment interaction on steel I sections. A follow-up to an earlier work of the authors.
I have no comment to the paper nor suggestion except editorial. The formating of the formulas number is often incorrect. There are different fonts mixed in the references.

The authors investigated on a topic titled ‘Improved interaction formula for the plastic resistance of I- and H-sections under a combination of bending 3 moments My,Ed, Mz,Ed and bimoment Bed’. Although the authors stated that this present study attempts to improve the proposal recently published in another journal. This information should be relayed just before the presentation of the methods. The abstract should give brief and detailed information on the improvement made. Also, all abbreviations should be defined at the instance of first use. I consider referring the readers to several articles in the abstract section of another journal as inappropriate. Hence, the whole abstract should be modified to reflect the content of the manuscript only. The content of the whole manuscript is quite difficult to follow, as references are repeatedly made to different previous works.

The main weaknesses of the manuscript:
1. Introduction does not clearly exhibit novelty of reported work in reference to the gap in literature review. Hence, the significance of the work can't be appreciated fully.
2. The section of Calculation of exact interaction curves: More citations with relevant reference can be added in support of explanations provided.
3. It is suggested that the conclusion should be expressed more clearly and methodically.
