The manuscript is needed to be revised following reasons.
Review
1) First of all, the text in this paper needs to be revise by a native, English-speaking person. For example, the author used the present tense and past sense in the one sentence.
2) The capital letters and the lower case letters are mixed up. Also, the format of the manuscript is not organized, since the size of the letters and the figures is not uniform.
3) The authors were compared the results between the simulation data and the experimental data. However, the authors did not show the statistical analysis results.
Need the detail for the experimental materials and methods.
4) Need the information for the equipment. (model number, company name and country,etc.)
5) The reviewer has understood what the authors tried to express the temperature using theoretical milling temperature model while cutting. However, the constitution of the manuscript are not organized to understand the content.
6) In the cutting or milling processes, hardness, elastic modulus etc. of the workpiece materials should be considered.
7) Expect for the diagram, all the figures did not show the scale, so that not easy to image the experiment set up.
8) If the authors did the statistical analysis, need to add the standard deviation bar for the bar graphs.
9) Please indicate clearly the final purpose of this study in the text.

The study can be considered for publication. However, the state-of-art literature review should be improved to strengthen the problem statement involved.
Most of the references are old, please try to add more studies from last 05 years.
Finite element modeling is not properly described. For example, how material model, friction model and crack formation was designed in this study?
Also add the information about the element size, type of element and no of elements used.

You mentioned "shear friction
13 coefficient between the cutter and the workpiece to be 0.6 and the unit shear stress to be 45N/mm2 " please details explain why this paramtere used . Also explain which FEA software used for modelling Micro-texture parameters(μm).
