Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Tables in review paper should collect data from various sources, but Table 2 is a direct copy of Table 1 from [35], in my opinion this is plagiarism, similarly e.g. schemes in Fig1, or Fig 2 should be constructed on authors’ own.

Author Response

Reviewer 1 Comments:

[1] Tables in the review should collect data from various sources, but Table 2, is a direct copy of Table 1 from [35].

Answer to Reviewer's comments: Thanks for the reviewer's comments. We have removed Table 2 from the revised manuscript and all the information in Table 2 is referring to the literature reference [35].

[2] Schemes in Fig. 1 or Fig. 2 should be constructed on the author's own.

Answer to Reviewer's Comments: Thanks for the reviewer's comments. Fig 1. is now reconstructed on our own. Fig. 2 is now removed from the revised manuscript. The information from Fig. 2 is now translated and stated as text in the first paragraph of page 4.

Thank you to the reviewer for the comments.

Reviewer 2 Report

This manuscript reviews nano-materials applied in the hydrogen storage. The content describes a comprehensive overview which is expected to be interesting for a wide range of readership. Thus, I recommend for publication.

However, a lot of the figures are in low resolution, containing unreadable legends, labels, or insets. The authors should carefully go over the figures once again.

Reviewer 2 Comments:

[1] A Lot of the figures are in low resolution, containing unreadable legends, labels, or insets. The authors should carefully go over the figures once again.

Answer to Reviewer's comments: Thank you for pointing out the poor quality of figures. We have now used all the excel spreadsheets to plot the figures with readable fonts. All the figures in the revised manuscript are now reconstructed for better readability and clarity.

Thank you once again to the reviewer for the comments.

Sincerely,

Corresponding Author (On behalf of all contributing authors).

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

I accept the changes, although they should be more thoroughly analyzed.
