Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors should stress more about what is significantly different in their work from previously published papers in the same field. Also, I would like to know what is a real novelty in the presented research.
Shortly the introduction and discussion parts should be significantly improved and enlarged. At the moment, the draft looks more like a technical paper.
Based on the criticism mentioned above, I am recommending the major revision of this draft.

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript is devoted to multi-energy valley scattering characteristics of a SI-GaAs-based terahertz photo-conductive antenna in linear mode. The topic of the manuscript fits well the scope of the journal. The presented results are novel and very well described. The impact of the results is high and the manuscript should be of definite interest for the specific community. Hence, I expect it will be appropriately cited if published. With pleasure I can recommend this manuscript for publication after a really minor revision. A minor recommendation regarding the title can be as follows. I suggest to make a minor change of the title: <Multi-energy valley scattering characteristics for a SI-GaAs-based terahertz photoconductive antenna in linear mode>

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors provide answers to all referees questions, and the revised draft is significantly improved from the previous version. Based on that fact, I am recommending the acceptance of the revised version in the unchanged form.
