Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In this review article authors have discussed the current experimental and drug development strategies against kinetoplastids a causative agent for several parasitic infections. This review is important for the researchers working in this area. The review is well written and discussed all aspects in this area. I wish best luck to the authors.

Reviewer 2 Report

This manuscript reviews methods for determining mechanism of action and mechanism of resistance for drugs used again kinetoplastid parasites. The review is thorough and well-organized. Information is easily located within the text and tables. I recommend the manuscript be accepted.
