This study aimed to investigate and clarify the ambiguous taxonomy of of Actinomyces naeslundii and its closely related species using state-of-the-art high throughput sequencing techniques.

I accept publication of the manuscript after minor revision

thank you for your well arranged study. The manuscript entitled: „Genomic Diversity among Actinomyces naeslundii strains and closely related species.” is of sufficient quality. The methods are described in detail and results are presented and discussed properly. There are no further corrections necessary. The manuscript is interesting to the audience and fits within the scope of the journal.
