Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear authors,

The paper entitled "Detection and Quantification of Epstein-Barr Virus in Lymphoma Patients from Ethiopia: Molecular and Serological Approaches" is well-designed and written. It gives additional information about the prevalence of EBV in lymphoma patients at the local level, but is still important for the global picture. I don't have any remarks regarding this paper and I propose acceptance in the present form.

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript is well written and organized. However, there should be some editing before further consideration.

1. At the end of the introduction, please write a section on the aims and objectives of the study. There are only few (3) lines on it now.

2. In the materials and methods, please add the ethical approval information with date for the study.

3. In the end of discussion, please add a section on the "limitations of the study" and also write the future study directions.
