He has conducted postdoctoral research stays at the UNIDROIT Institute in Rome and the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg, Germany, where he received a Senior Research Fellowship, as well as predoctoral research at the University of the West of England, Bristol (UK). Currently, he is the director of the "Law and Globalization" research group in the law program. He has published in various high-impact national and international journals, as well as in collective books. His areas of interest include law and new technologies, civil and commercial law, private international law of international trade, and applicable law to international contracts in America and the European Union

Industrial designer who graduated from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Master's in Information and Knowledge Management from Universidad Montpellier III. Since 2018, she has been a Blockchain lecturer at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and a lecturer in the Master's in Information Management at Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito. She has served as the coordinator of the blockchain line for the Blockchain and Data Analytics program at MINTIC, as well as a blockchain advisor for the Apps.co strengthening program.
