The paper is well written and brings interesting results for readers.
My recommendations:
- Novelty of the paper should be clearly pointed out in the end of Introduction
- Figures are sometimes on two pages. This is not correct way of formatting.
- I do not understand why just two cases were predicted by the eq.1. Think about inserting other results.
- There are also other regressions suitable for high-cycle fatigue domain, see for instance:
Multiaxial fatigue strength of common structural steel and the responseof some estimation methods. International Journal of Fatigue 104 (2017) 27-42.
Some typos and minor errors should be corrected:
Line 104 – „…while at 400Hz was…“ – there must be 19.8kHz
Line 108 – „frequency of 9.8Hz…“ – there must be 19.8kHz
Line 112 – „19.8Hz“ – it should be 19.8kHz
Line 114 – „at 19.8Hz“ – it should be 19.8kHz again
Line 114 – „…in Mechanical behavior the“ – it should be „behavior of the“

Line 397 – „…and is recorded depends on whether specimen has failed/broken…“ – should be reformulated
Line 412 – the second line of the title of Table 4 should be adjusted to the right
Line 426 – „ where“, should be „where“ (without paragraph indent)
Line 509 – „represenring“ ???
Line 511 – „Figure7“
Line 515 – „Figure 8.“, should be „Figure 8“
Lines 538-540 – reformulate the sentence

Review of the manuscript: Deformation Behavior of C15E+C Steel under Different Uniaxial Stress Tests.
In the present paper, the Authors have investigated the mechanical properties of C15E + C steel. More precisely, experimentally obtained results relate to the maximum tensile strength, yield strength, creep behavior and uniaxial fully reversed high cyclic fatigue.
The paper cannot be accepted in the present form since major revisions are necessary.
Major issues:
1) It is not clear why it is interesting and also why it is necessary to study C15 steel material.
2) The paper reports a mere list of experimental results without any discussion of the obtained results. It seems a technical report and not a paper for an international journal.
Minor issues:
1) A proof reading could be useful
2) A nomenclature and a list of symbols and abbreviations should be added to help the reader.
