Round 1

1. The analysis and summary of the relevant research in the introduction are general and lack of direct relevance to the research content. It is suggested to further summarize and refine.
2. Can the consistency between the mathematical model of the heat exchanger and the actual equipment be verified or explained?
3. How is the control parameter tuning realized in the simulation? Is the parameter combination the best? Please explain.
4. The description of the simulation conclusion is not detailed enough, and the correspondence with the simulation diagram is not obvious.
5. It is suggested to provide actual experimental data for verification, rather than using only simulation results.

A fractional order based robust controller with operator is presented for a spiral heat exchanger, with good simulation results.
The work is interesting and has good development, however, the results may be more described than reaffirm the conclusions. For example, a graph of tracking errors can better show the comparison.
There are some typos (e.g. maltab) and missing spaces.
