This manuscript is a re-submitted paper about the timing and background of forming the Nianzigou granites in Inner Mongolia. The report became more organized and scientifically sounding than the former one. I generally agree with the authors and recommend publishing this paper in Minerals after minor corrections. Some of my former suggestions are not accepted in this version, and many figure captions are not matched with the figures.

You helped us to correct some mistakes of spelling, and told us that figures caption are wrong. Indeed, after we adjusted the figures order, lead to disorder some captions orders, so we returned the right matched between the figures with corresponding captions.
Additional, we have corrected three figuires, i.e. figures 1, 2, 8.
