I have reviewed the paper carefully. The article has been written nice and the novelty of the article is also good. I recommend the acceptance of the paper after doing minor revisions as follows:

1.I dont see applicable example in this article?

2.The introduction section is weak. I recommend rewritten.  The novelty of your work must be written in the introduction.

3.References section must be checked.

1. Your request for "applicable example" led me to a major addition to and improvement of this paper: See the new subsections 5.1 and 5.2
2.  I have added text, emphasizing the novelty of this work, in the Abstract, the Introduction, and the Conclusion.
3. The Reference section data has been reformulated as requested.
