In this manuscript, the authors present a novel mechanical medical device for generating vibration and stimulation of the neuron pathways. Is there any difference in terms of costs with the other devices available in the market?

The authors could also add a table comparing the pros and cons of the proposed device and of the other current available devices.

thank you for your review. There is currently no similar medical device on the European market. The Ferticare device has ended production in the Danish province. I will add a table of advantages and disadvantages to the article.

The paper seems a sort of copy and paste from a thesis. The level of English is very low, making it difficult to read and understand. The references are too limited and mainly from unknown journals and not available in English. The experimental part requires more details, data and also a better comparison with other available devices.

thank you for your review. There is currently no similar medical device on the European market. The Ferticare of the Danish Province has ended production. I will add a table of advantages and disadvantages of FertEx device to the article. Do you think it is necessary to rework the images as well?

I appreciate the effort that the authors have made to improve the manuscript. Anyway, there is still a lot of work to do in my opinion, to make it a scientific paper. 

In general I would suggest to extensively rewrite all the text, in particular the abstract and the introduction part, adding also more references about the topic from scientific journals, in English (I found many of them just with a quick research on goggle scholar).

The dimension of the plots that have been added should be increased and the captions have to be more clear.

Dear Reviewer,
I tried to make changes to the article according to your comments. I rewrote the abstract to better understand the problem. Additional information was added to the experimental part. The graphs are now larger and with a description of the measurement. I have changed the references that could be changed to for help in English, some publications are unfortunately only in the Czech language.
