I suggest a better explanation in the abstract of the main motivations, gaps, objectives, methodologies, novelties and main insights (the insights presented in the abstract are general and to present them was not needed to carry out research).
The methodologies used need better explanation and scientific support. Maybe a scheme could better highlight objectives, methodologies and structure of the paper.
It is a little hard to follow the results presented. It would be important to better explain the tables. There are information in the tables that need a legend.
The conclusions section should be improved with practical implications, policy recommendations and future research.
