Your use of the Z-IBI system is novel.  Please see my questions on the attached version of your manuscript.

I am not clear about your results.  First you state that the Wanan section is a reservoir.  You then refer to it as a river.  It cannot be both, so which is it?  Second you state that the Wanan is in good condition, but later you declare that agriculture, factories and dam portions are of varying quality.  This is confusing.  I suggest that you break out/separate each pollution source, i.e., agriculture, factories and dams and use your numerical characterization on page 6 (lines 184-87) to discuss each source.

Thus, the reader can compare each input.  You also need to state whether the provincial or national governments have standards for TN and TP and how your observed numbers compare to those, or another standard from another agency.
