The article provides a very interesting compilation of results from clinical trials on R/M NPC ICI treated patients from non-Asian countries (Greece and mostly Italy). This rare small size meta-analysis is of importance for the scientific and medical community in this field and needs to be supported and encouraged to pave the way for other studies of this kind.

Minor point:

Figures need to be in higher resolution for publication

Table 3 present an extra parenthesis in the title of the first column.

Scientific suggestion/Question :

Is their of possibility to get EBV status of the tumour in term of tissue expression of LMP1 or small non-coding RNA of EBV (EBER or BART) ? A correlation with ICI response rate was sometimes observed and could be of interest in this analysis.
