Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Overall, I rate the article very positively, especially because the topic is important. Firstly, from the point of view of animal nutrition, but also from the point of view of eliminating climate change.
On the content
I see no reason to evaluate the quality of the feed. From my point of view, it does not correspond to the title and the article basically addresses two topics. I recommend making the quality a separate article.
Other comments
- Many things are in my opinion insufficiently explained in the methodology, this is indicated in the attached file.
Once corrected and completed, I recommend publication.

Dear Authors

After having evaluated the manuscript proposal: The potential for endozoochorous dispersal of Vachellia nilotica seeds by goats: Implications for bush encroachment

I allow myself to make a suggestion:

1.- Rewrite the introduction considering the agroecological advantages that trees and shrubs represent in animal production systems, on carbon fixation and other important impacts on the soil and the environment. In addition to the importance of the bioactive compounds present in the forages and pods of this plant species.

2.- The concepts of invasive plants or weeds have been revalued, and it is advisable to redefine the introduction proposed by the authors.

In this sense, please allow me to attach some links to manuscripts that may be useful:

It is also recommended that the authors carefully review the manuscript. It is also recommended that the authors carefully review the manuscript, making emphasis on the correct way of numbering the references in the manuscript, as well as their correct writing in the references session. It is recommended to visit the following link https://www.mdpi.com/journal/agronomy/instructions

Within the manuscript you will find highlighted information that should be corrected; eliminating spaces between characters and other details.

Kind regards
