We have become aware that [1] reports identical results to a previous publication by the same research group [2]. There are also numerous cases of textual overlap. Thus, we have decided to retract the paper on the basis of duplicate publication.

We regret that this case was not detected previously and apologize to readers of Sustainability. MDPI is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics and takes the responsibility to enforce strict ethical policies and standards very seriously. To ensure the addition of only high quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication, [1] is retracted and shall be marked accordingly.
