- Institutional Review Board Statement: The research was conducted in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. The study does not fall under the category of clinical or biomedical research on human subjects requiring prior ethical approval according to the Italian regulatory framework. In Italy, ethical approval by a competent Ethics Committee is mandatory for clinical trials on medicinal products, medical devices, and other biomedical studies involving patients or interventions affecting the physical or psychological integrity of participants, as regulated by the Italian Ministry of Health and coordinated through the national system of Ethics Committees (see: Italian Medicines Agency–AIFA, Ethics Committees Coordination Centre: https://www.aifa.gov.it/en/centro-coordinamento-comitati-etici (accessed on 15 April 2026)). These regulations apply in particular to clinical and experimental studies involving human subjects, which must obtain formal approval before initiation. The present research exclusively involves the collection and analysis of professional and organizational information, without any clinical intervention, medical data, or impact on participants’ health or well-being. Therefore, it does not meet the criteria requiring submission to an Ethics Committee and is considered exempt from formal IRB approval under current national regulations.
- Informed Consent Statement: Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in the study.
