Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The study is good and interesting. However, its contribution to the body of knowledge has not been articulated in the background. Just stating it as "the moderating role" of......... is not convincing. However, the idea of cultural differences is interesting. I would loved to see how the concept of culture enters the model and the analysis. The researcher seems not to have carried out diagnostic tests. Skewness and Kurtosis are not the only diagnostic tests available. How did you test the other assumptions of parametric statistics?  table 3 and other tables with factor analysis, has many double loadings. How did the reseacher handle this issue? Table 5 has many high correlations above 0.7, ranging between 0,7-0.93. These results pose multicollinearity challenges. The way table 6, 7, 8 and 9 are presented is confusing. The same applies to other tables. Combine these two tables together by picking the most important statistics. The authors may wish to read more and learn how results of hierarchical regression models are presented. Interpretation of Moderation results is poor. Improve the interpretation of your results and the discussion section. Add a section on theoretical, policy and managerial implications.

Reviewer 2 Report

The presentation of the literature is dominated by Turkish authors, which means that there is not enough space for foreign literature, and I think that this should be improved: the most recent articles should be cited from quality journals, and the number of sources should be at least close to a hundred.

A much larger sample would be needed to answer the chosen research questions/hypotheses. I do not really understand why the author is satisfied with so many answers.

The findings and conclusions drawn from the results of just over 300 respondents relate exclusively to the employees of the companies surveyed.  I therefore suggest that the title should at least include a reference to Turkish companies and workers, as these are the real subjects of the investigation.

Almost nothing is known about the companies under investigation, except that they are located in Istanbul. I think that the presentation of their profiles, the knowledge of the sector: large-scale insurance and finance firms - is very little to describe them. And you could even indicate this in the title, so it would be clear what the study is about.

I believe that, with the above considerations and improvements, the study is ready for publication.

Reviewer 3 Report

In general, this article is interesting and well written. But some details should be improved.

1) I have some concern about the statistics method in this paper.

The survey used questionnaire should focus more on common method bias,

if the CMB does not detected well, the reliability will decrease.

For how to detect the CMB, Please refer to below article.

https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jclepro.2019.119674

2) The implications for practice should be improved.

Hope you improving your paper and good luck.

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

The paper has many unnecessary tables and models whose results were not interpreted.  Provide implications of the study and areas for future research
