I think this paper can be accepted after minor revision. I suggest a map of China should be presented in this manuscript; and the meaning of some letters in figures should be illustrated clearly in the title of Figure.

The paper presents an interesting work and significant results. But, We recommend some changes and remarks:
1- Introduction must contant at lest a short paragraph (in the end) that tell the audiance how the rest of the paper is organised.
2- All abreviations must be write in theire full text before their first use even in abstract(example : TFP)
3- Avoid very long sentences
4-the refrence style used is not in corresponsence with the journal used style.
5- add other refrences that discusses smart irrigation.

1. What is the main innovative aspect of the research study? How is it different and important from similar studies?
Materials and Methods
2. Why did you include the "Theoretical framework" section?, it is possible to include "Methods" in the section.
3. Where is the data used in your research? What is the source?
Results
4. Rewrite the conclusion section?. The logic is out of order. Some quantitative results should be included.
5. Figure 2 and Figure 3 should be improved.
6. In this section, which should be a discussion section, outline why your research is important.
Conclusions
7. Some numerical results should be included in this section.

The Manuscript with title “Climate Change, Farm Irrigation Facilities, and Agriculture TFP: Evidence from China” still does not clearly define the objective and novelty of this article. In addition, this article lacks fundamental data that should support the conclusions. Also, figures 2 and 3 showed that this article did not prepare well. Therefore, I regret to judge that this article is not suitable for publication on Sustainability - MDPI on its current form.
