The topic is very interesting and actual. The research method is adequate and the results were illustrated in a correct way.
It is also important beacause of global problem of food safety. Article answers for the question about structure and dynamics in global trade of egg trading network. The topic is also relevant and significant from the sustainable development aspect. The research method is adequate and the results were illustrated in a correct way. The long term choosen for analysis is high added value to this paper. I have no suggestions to research method. Conclusions were constructed correctly. However there are some issuses, that should be improved in the text. On the 4th page of article are two punctuation errors (Line 84). Figure 5 is not illegible, please enlarge the picture. The list of references is quite short for a research paper and should be improved to 25 posiotions at least.

Response 1: Thank you for your suggestion. Punctuation has modified.
Point 2: Figure 5 is not illegible, please enlarge the picture.
Response 2: Figure 5 has been clarified. And it should be noted that the main purpose of the figure is to reflect a long tail trend.
Point 3: The list of references is quite short for a research paper and should be improved to 25 positions at least.

Very interesting and well-structured article that applies a comprehensive methodology to international level. A sfaccettato trade emerges, with analysis that shows a trend from 2000 to 2021/22. Gli autori do not indicate which software is used in the elaboration. Inoltre, in the article there are no "graphs of analysis of the social network" that may be inserted with reference to the last period of investigation. Inoltre, not if there is any reference to the fear of welfare and sustainability of animals, present questions in particular in the common agricultural policy of the European countries. Is the oval chicken production system considered only industrial type? I suggest to the authori that I replace the title of paragraph 4, legato alle implicazioni, with a paragraph of discussion, which I will integrate if it effectively presents limitations of the study. I referimenti are limited, it is advisable to increase it and refer to recent testimonials. There are some errors of battitura: -in the tabulation. 1 the middle lunghezza of the route (L) is mistakenly repeated due volte. -Figure 5 is not commented on in the text. -I referimenti [1] and [2] are not cited in the text

Response 1: Thank you for your suggestion. We have added this: in section 2.1. Methods, we proposed using UCINET for analysis.

The topic is relevant, the methodology is clear, limitations are outlined, the article is interesting and correctly written.
Literature sources may be widened, the introduction or study background may be broadened by new, recent articles should be added, as 7 of 18 sources are more than 10 years old, and additional 2 is more than 5 years old.
The in-text citations must be checked, [1] and [2] is missing.
The analysis is well built and well visualized, but the conclusions should be described with more details, by highlighting the new findings and remarks of the authors more markedly.
The changes in the clusters should also be described with more details.

In my opinion, you have to rewrite the keywords to remove the compound ones and reduce them. The summary must show the main conclusion reached by the work and it does not, they must put it.
In the introduction it is necessary to identify the main objective of the work, which is presumed in the title.
There is no review of the literature, it is not that they believe the section, it is that there is not the slightest mention of previous works, they should establish a review of the literature for this work.
In the figures and tables it is necessary to put the authorship and the source of elaboration.
It skips to the methodology without establishing hypotheses, H1, H2…etc. The data is poorly explained.
A section called “discussion of results” must be included in which the results obtained are compared with those of the literature review papers.
It would be convenient to include more international jcr bibliography.
For the rest, the work has an interesting proposal, so congratulate the authors for its originality.

Response 1: Thank you for your suggestions. Keywords has been rewritten. We emphasize the importance of spatial evolution, and change social network into social network analysis.
Point 2: In the introduction it is necessary to identify the main objective of the work, which is presumed in the title.
Response 2: The main objective of the work has been identified in line 53-54.
Point 3: There is no review of the literature, it is not that they believe the section, it is that there is not the slightest mention of previous works, they should establish a review of the literature for this work.
