Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The work seems to be novel . The suggested changes would be kindly compare your model with previous implicated studies and suggested how graph technology is better than previous technology adopted.

Discuss the accuracy with the suggested model, how the study is contributed with terabytes of data as it suggests data for few parameters

kindly discuss the methodology adopted in detail with implementation detail of the model

Review on: Application of New Technology in Education: Design and Implementation of Graduate Certificate Model Based on Intelligent Graph Element Technology

This work proposes an intelligent graph element technology based system to address the limitations of existing approach(es). A graduation certificate management system model is constructed, and the graduation certificate is designed and implemented based on intelligent graph element technology. A comparison of proposed techniques with the traditional graduation certificate has also been made. The idea appears to be interesting yet the paper could be revised based on the following points:

Most of the related work is specific to China; however, the title seems to be generic which does not pose any region specific study.

The validation part of the proposed technique could be improved. Table 1 appears to be shown for performance comparison with traditional approach; however, it just lists the performance criteria and does not show comparison based on any numbers or figures. It needs to be comprehensively discussed how this comparison is made and how the results are concluded after making this comparison.

Following claims need appropriate references, or mention how this finding appeared:

“The intelligent graph code in the intelligent graph element technology is similar to the Two-dimensional code, but better than the two-dimensional code,”

English language can be improved throughout the paper. Grammatical errors can be seen at various places. The structure of sentences can also be revised for better understanding. Following are two sentences as example:

“Nowadays in China, QR code (two - dimensional code) can be seen here and there, as has been one prominent feature of China. QR code can used for more than one and half billion times each day in China, which accounts for a 90% share of usage in the world [1].”

Overall, the idea proposed in this work sounds interesting yet efforts are required to validate the idea with suitable experimentation and comprehensive discussion of the results.

Reviewer 3 Report

The presented paper is describing a novel and valuable method of using intelligent graph element technology in education. The article is easy to follow and clearly describes the proposed model and implementation of the Graduation certificate management system based on intelligent graph element technology. The problem arises in the chapter 4.4.

Since the researchers have used the Delphi method to arrive at a group opinion or decision by surveying a panel of experts, they should provide more details about the experts and questionaries used in the research.
Performance comparison is presented without a clear description of the number of diplomas used for the dataset. More details about the testing data are needed.
