The article is devoted to an urgent topic - waste disposal. The authors use the Waste Control Index towards method, which allows to objectively assess the prospects of waste management activities in Indonesia.
Some remarks:
1) the reference to table 1 in the text should be made before the table, not after it.
2) The table in the abstract section is not very correct, it is better in the materials section.
3) Perhaps the discussion section and the results section need to be combined or partially enlarged by transferring information from the results section, since the latter looks like a discussion.
4) The discussion section is very similar to the conclusion section, which once again indicates that the discussion and results sections need to be reworked.

The paper is clearly described in all its part. I only suggest to the authors to add some figures, like diagrams, supporting the section of the results.
Figure 1: please improve the resolution of the image, because the text is difficult to read.

Dear Authors, interesting study however many challenges to be overcome before get to publishing here:
1) there is no stated Aim / Objective - please define objective
2) quality of Figures and Tables are inappropriate, reformatting and restructuring needed to fit the journal quality standards
3) Discussion based on results so far must be improved and based on arguments more clearly, with numbers and proof
4) references, mostly are used from Asia, should be added of the experts from international audience; few suggestions - Makijenko et al 2016 on behavioural patterns on energy and sustainability; Pehme et al 2019 on urban hydrology and waste management; Burlakovs et al 2013 on former dump sites and perspectives
5) language checked and style
then it can be published if fixed
